RELEASE

By submitting my written descriptions, stories, memories, and traditions relating to Día de los Muertos (collectively, the "Content”), I grant Molson Coors Beverage Company USA, LLC (“Molson Coors”) and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other lawful business purposes, without compensation. Additionally, I agree that Molson Coors and its affiliates may use and reproduce my first name and/or identify, tag, mention, or otherwise reference my social media username or handle, or profile name in connection with the above but shall have no obligation to do so.

I represent and warrant that the Content is my original work and that I have all necessary rights to submit it. I assume all risks associated with the Content, including any risks associated with personal information I disclose. I represent that I own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of the Content. I further represent and warrant that the Content does not contain material that violates or infringes any third-party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights and does not contain text that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous, as determined by Molson Coors in its sole discretion. Molson Coors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, reject, disqualify, edit, or refrain from using any content that fails to comply with these requirements.

This Release contains the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior verbal or written, express or implied, agreements or representations between the parties concerning that same subject matter. This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
